Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the StoryProof service ("Service") provided by Bizvizor ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

StoryProof helps users craft, refine, and practice behavioral interview stories using AI-assisted tools. Features and plans may change over time.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service unlawfully, fraudulently, or to send spam.
• Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
• Interfere with the security or integrity of the Service (malware, probing, scraping, denial of service).
• Reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the Service, or circumvent technical limits.

4. AI-generated content

The Service uses generative AI to produce outputs based on your inputs. You are responsible for your prompts, for verifying the accuracy of outputs, and for having rights to any content you input. Outputs may be inaccurate or unsuitable for regulated professional use (legal, medical, financial) without qualified human review. Do not use the Service to generate unlawful content, deepfakes, hate speech, malware, or to jailbreak, bypass, or attack AI systems. We may moderate, filter, refuse, or remove content and may suspend accounts for repeated or serious violations. Rights holders may report suspected infringement through our support channel; repeat infringers will lose access.

5. Intellectual property

Bizvizor and its licensors retain all rights in the Service, including software, content, and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within your selected plan. You retain ownership of the content you input; you grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the Service.

6. Payment, subscriptions, and billing

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by the Paddle Checkout Buyer Terms in addition to these Terms.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current paid period. See our Refund Policy for refund details.

7. Service level; warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where the law prohibits such limitation.

9. Indemnity

You will indemnify Bizvizor against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; we may retain or delete your content as described in our Privacy Notice.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Bizvizor is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
