This Privacy Notice explains how Bizvizor ("we", "us", "our"), the operator of the StoryProof service ("Service"), collects and processes personal data. Bizvizor is the data controller for personal data described here.

• User content: stories, notes, prompts, and practice responses you create.
• Usage & telemetry: pages viewed, feature interactions, device and browser data, IP address, timestamps.
• Support communications: messages you send us.

Payment data (card details, billing address, tax identifiers) is collected and processed by our reseller Paddle — see "Data sharing" below.

• Providing and operating the Service — performance of a contract.
• Account creation, authentication, and support — performance of a contract.
• Security, fraud prevention, and abuse detection — legitimate interests.
• Product improvement and analytics — legitimate interests.

• Merchant of Record: Paddle.com Market Ltd. handles payments, billing, subscription management, tax compliance, and invoicing.
• Service providers / subprocessors: hosting, database, analytics, error monitoring, and AI model providers used to deliver the Service.
• Professional advisers: legal, accounting, and audit where necessary.
• Authorities: where required by law or to protect our rights.

4. Data retention

We retain personal data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to satisfy legal, tax, and operational requirements. When no longer needed, data is deleted or anonymised.
